Boil the mixture until 1/4th of its initial volume is left. Next, mix the remaining mixture with 100ml of milk and boil it until around 100ml of it is left. The remaining mixture should be filtered. It is advisable to take 30ml of the mixture each morning, for around 3 months, along with half a teaspoon of ghee. For people with high cholesterol, the amount of ghee can be reduced.
